It is a system where paying for a product in advance helps a ticket user. In turn, the ticket user can purchase products or receive services for free or at a low price. Anyone can purchase or use these tickets.

We are working with the belief that when these initiatives are implemented in 100 locations across Fukushima Prefecture, it will become "Fukushima: A Town of Mutual Aid," overflowing with kindness and community spirit. We also hope to expand this throughout Japan, creating a country full of mutual support.

This activity started in the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake under the philosophy of "For you, for Japan (What benefits you, benefits Japan)."

The spirit of "helping each other in times of need," which we learned from the support across the nation, eventually expanded into an initiative of "paying it forward."

We aim for a mutual-assistance society that does not divide people into "supporters" and "the supported."

From Fukushima to Japan. And to the world.
